Im 27 weeks pregnant and needed to get my glucose screening done. It’s an hour long test that requires fasting. You can imagine how hard fasting is on a pregnant person.I came in on time for my appointment (I was not a walk-in). And received no help from anyone behind the desk. But I let it go because I checked in at the kiosk. After 30 minutes of nothing but seeing a line of walk-in appointments go ahead of me, I asked what was happening. Someone came out and informed the large group in the waiting room and spilling out into the lobby (super safe during a pandemic), that it would be 40 minutes for walk-ins. When I asked about the appointment people I was blown off.Needless to say they don’t care about their patients well being. I was hungry, and dizzy, and was even willing to give them 30 minutes before bothering them. I will not be coming back to this location if I can help it.

This location is closed and apparently has been for a while. When I called, the recording said they relocated to Safeway, but theres no Quest signage in the Safeway and Quests system hangs up on you when you select the option to speak to a person on the phone.There is a Labcorp location in this spot now, which is great because my doc sent the orders to them and they saw me 10 minutes later.

Every person whom I’ve interacted with there have always been nice and helpful, even when it’s a packed day and folks are tired. Yes, if you’re a walk-in and there are other people ahead of you, it might take some time but they have a nice system set up where you can check your place in line on the TV screen in the waiting room. You can also wait in your car and get a text when you’re next in line. Much better experience than the location in Greenbrae. 👍

The fastest I’ve EVER been in and out for bloodwork. The staff was courteous and the woman who drew my blood was great. Often they can’t find my vein for a while but she found it immediately. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Well run operation. Thank you.

Earlier appt time due to fasting. Availability was great and scheduled appointment online. Best way to make the process easier on both yourself and staff. Curbside check on smartphone if you prefer not to sit in with other people. Check in first just to make sure, ensure your name is on the screen, or ask the helpful attendant/security person. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent blood drawing experience considering no coffee or breakfast. Professional woman who drew my blood was gentle and made me laugh. Personality and attitude go a long way when getting pricked by a stranger. Great experience overall. Left side of Rowland Way before firestation entrance. Bug building facing street. Lots of parking.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive never made an appointment beforehand but ive always been seen promptly. The technicians are all friendly and professional. I didnt even feel the needle go in, which is plus too! I will always go here for my blood work

While the techs are efficient and run pretty much on time, the results are VERY SLOW in being posted. Sutter posts the results to your My Healthwithin hours, Quests takes a couple of days before it is on My Quest

I have a blood test with them on Jan 5th 2022. They told me it would take 5-7 days. Today is the 8th day and no results. When I called today they told me sorry we over looked your lab tests and you have to start all over again. I will never use them again and I wonder they are rated poorly.

Made an appointment and still had to wait for a half an hour with one person upfront processing paperwork of all walkins and after she is done she does the blood draw!The process needs to be streamlined

Made an appointment, waited for over an hour and was never called, never got my labs done. Why take appointment if people walking in get priority. After waiting over an hour I was told that they were backed up with walk ins....... Thanks for wasting peoples time

First thing in the morning when everyone is fasting and going to come in for your blood draw there is only one person draw blood.Seems quest needs to learn how to staff around peak demand times.

Website down, no one answers the phone. Unable to make an appointment for time sensitive lab draw. Extremely poor service. Beyond frustrating.

I was a walk-in, no appointment and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Efficient and courteous service.

Waited for over 3 hours. Eventually gave up and left.

Choose another lab. Any other lab.

Efficient, and friendly!

Quick and easy
